U.S. high school students ages 13-19 can apply to attend this outside-the-classroom educational and mentoring program with with Steve Harvey and Essence Magazine.
Each year, 100 students are selected to participate in hands-on, full-immersion workshops related to a wide range of career paths, according to a news release. The deadline for the applications are Oct. 31, 2013 and can be found

“Over the past six years, we have helped 600 Dreamers unlock their potential and get started on their journeys in life,” Disney Dreamers Academy Executive Champion Tracey D. Powell said in the release.
The winners and their parent or guardian will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Disney World March 6 to March 9 for the program where motivational speakers and celebrities provide insight on how to achieve success.
Steve Harvey, syndicated radio and television personality, along with Essence Magazine and Walt Disney World Resort will host the selected Dreamers during their four-day career and educational exploration.
Winners will be announced in early 2014.
